Mealworms are an excellent bait for pan fishing and trout. Their hard exoskelton keeps them on the hook. They average 1/2 – 3/4″ in length. They will last for 1-2 months if refrigerated. Mealworms are a staple feeder bug for turtles and small mammals.
Mealworms are shipped in cloth bags with wheat bran in summer months.
Mealworms are shipped in plastic cup with wheat bran in winter months.
Extra Wheat bran is available.
Mealworms are shipped via USPS First Class mail for free. Shipping takes 5-10 days. Or they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for an extra $4 which is included in price. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days. 5,000 Ct. Mealworms are only able to ship via Priority Mail and shipping is already included in price.
We offer a hold for pick up option. Your shipment will be hold at your local post office for you. We recommend the hold for pick up option when temperatures are below 30 degrees and above 80 degrees.
