วันอังคารที่ 25 ตุลาคม 2565 พลโท สุริยะ เอี่ยมสุโร แม่ทัพภาคที่ 3 และคณะ เดินทางไปศาลากลางจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ เพื่อหารือข้อราชการ โดยมี นายสมหวัง พ่วงบางโพ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ พลตรี สัณธวัฒน์ วงศ์วัฒนะ ผู้บัญชาการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 35 พลตำรวจตรี สุทธิพงศ์ เป๊กทอง ผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ และหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมการประชุม ซึ่งการหารือข้อราชการปัญหาความมั่นคงในพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ ได้บูรณาการทำงานร่วมกัน ทั้งหน่วยงานทหาร ตำรวจ ฝ่ายปกครอง กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน รวมถึงหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมกันเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันไม่ให้มีการลักลอบเดินทางเข้าเมืองอย่างผิดกฎหมาย การแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด อาวุธสงคราม ตลอดจนสิ่งของ ผิดกฎหมายอื่นๆ ทั้งนี้ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 3 ได้มอบนโยบายในการดำเนินงานแก้ไขปัญหาความมั่นคง ในพื้นที่จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ให้แก่หน่วยงานในพื้นที่ เพื่อความสงบเรียบร้อย ตลอดจนสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ต่อไปจากนั้น แม่ทัพภาคที่ 3 และคณะ เดินทางไปโครงการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในเขตทหารกองทัพบก “โครงการบ่อตกปลา 35 Fishing…
